Microsoft Excel - Tip # 4: Preview a Single Page or a Range of Pages
This tip solves the problem of previewing a specific page (or page range) within a large worksheet (e.g. 20 pages). By default, when previewing a large document the user must click on NEXT repeatedly to move to the required page.
However, to view from, say, page 10, select the FILE menu, then PRINT. At PAGES FROM type in the required number, e.g. 10. Click on the PREVIEW button - page 10 is displayed instantly!
